How will the day progress?
We highly recommend organising a soundtrack for every part of the day, either to provide ambience or entertainment. This could be a live performer or a managed playlist depending on your preference.
Guilty Events organise and manage every aspect of your day’s entertainment - including having the appropriate sound and lighting equipment in place.
Ceremony
12:00 - 14:00
We suggest you think about the following aspects of your ceremony and consider how music will enhance them.
Warm up ambience (while guests arrive)
Wedding party entrance (walking up the aisle)
Hymns / special songs / soundtrack to readings (mid ceremony)

The beautiful Rose Garden is often the spot of choice for your drinks reception, if you're lucky with the weather.
If not, there are plenty of cosy corners inside if it's winter and you're not braving the snow!
The ideal drinks reception soundtrack is often a shade more upbeat than for the ceremony.
Dinner
17:00 - 19:00
A soundtrack significantly enhances the dining experience. Have you ever eaten in a silent restaurant?
Whether live music or a playlist, don't forget to organise equipment that will ensure an even sound-coverage of the room without being too loud for the table by the speaker!
Live performers will provide audio equipment and microphones for speeches if desired.
Party

To seal the deal and celebrate with friends and family your evening party plan needs to be memorable!
Whether you choose a band or DJ, the general approach is the same; to gradually increase the energy level as the evening progresses.
Together we discuss your tastes and preferences and put together your ideal playlists and band lineup.
All band bookings include a managed playlist DJ or a human DJ to play before, between and after the live sets, keeping the party going right up until carriages.

No matter which part of your day we’re involved with, we have plenty of ‘upgrade’ options such as horn sections, extra vocalists, as well as many scene setting options like enhanced light shows, dancers and roaming entertainers to make sure we perfectly balance your desired level of spectacle, whilst working within your available budget!
